บริษัทไทยไอโซนอล จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2541 โดยเริ่มจากการทำตลาดภายในประเทศ ก่อนที่จะเติบโตและเข้าทำตลาดในระดับภูมิภาค และก้าวขึ้นเป็นผู้นำด้านโพลียูริเทนในประเทศไทยและเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ โดยประเทศที่ส่งออกในปัจจุบันประกอบด้วย มาเลเซีย ไต้หวันและสิงคโปร์
